Every new CrossFitter begins in our Fundamentals course. You’ll train beside other beginners just like you and learn the correct techniques for classic CrossFit movements. This course will ease you into the intensity of the CrossFit workouts you’ll find at StrengthRX.
Our CrossFit program combines strength training with the classic CrossFit cardio workout for a 1-2 punch of total-body fitness. For this class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.
Our Olympic Weightlifting classes aim to improve the classic Olympic lifts. Our programming follows set cycles ranging from the introductory level to more advanced cycles prepping lifters for WODs or competition. Our Olympic Weightlifting classes are great whether you’re looking to improve your technique and strength or want to pursue Olympic Weightlifting as a sport.
This up-tempo class offers a fresh twist on classic bootcamp conditioning drills for a dynamic total-body workout. BurnRX is a high-paced, functional bootcamp with a focus on light weights and high reps. Although the class format varies widely from day-to-day, the most typical models involve alternating circuits of work stations such as running, rowing and jumping rope every 60-120 seconds.
Rise and Grind is a bootcamp-style class designed to start your day right with challenges to your mind and body! This class is a full-body workout using exercises that will build strength, burn fat, and tighten up your whole body!
This practice was designed to open up the body, not simply to relax your muscles after you train. By using a combination of postures derived from Kung Fu, Taoist Yin and Yoga, connective elements of the body are stretched and healed by creating gentle traction on the fascial tissues. These movements assist the body’s desire to fall into proper alignment and help to prevent joint injuries over time. RomWod Mobility is a great practice on its own or to complement your CrossFit workouts.
Improve your range of motion and flexibility so you feel better inside the gym and out with private mobility sessions. We’ll create a plan customized to address your specific issues so you can achieve proper positioning that optimizes your performance.
CrossFit Advanced Skills is our program for experienced CrossFit athletes who want to advance their skills to the competition or professional level.
In today’s busy world, it’s hard to find the time to get regular exercise. So it’s important to make the most of the time you have. StrengthRX CrossFit offers a wide range of personal workout programs to help you achieve your ideal body. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.
Your 30-day nutrition makeover starts with a 3-day journal of everything you put in your body and ends with a healthier, more vibrant you! We’ll analyze your current eating/drinking habits, create a new meal plan just for you, and take your measurements. Every week, you’ll email your coach with you week’s overview. In 30 days, we reconvene to celebrate your success, discuss the past month, and see the results of your hard work with new measurements and body composition.
Maybe getting to the gym isn’t your problem, its what to do when you’re there that is. If you need the structure of a sound strength and conditioning program custom tailored just for you by a highly qualified coach then our month custom training program could be for you. We’ll discuss your goals and ideal body then get to work crafting the perfect routine for you. On training days you’ll receive an email with that days workout along with video demonstrations of every movement. Once the workout is finished just check that it was completed and we will be notified. This is a budget friendly option for those looking for a custom program.
