All that really needs to be said about this crossfit is BEST STAFF EVER. So talented, so kind, so loving, so accommodating, so motivating. No exceptions.. Whether you can't lift 2lbs or you can do 300 muscle ups... You are treated the same. Whether you're an absolute weirdo or a social butterfly. Don't matta! They love you! Come burn off some stress and fat.

Michael, Ethan and Justin are all great. I've taken classes with all three. They focus on helping you have correct form which is incredibly important when lifting heavy. I love that I show up and you never know what you're gonna get. They always know how to mix up the workouts and make them fun. I've been working out here for 3 weeks at least 4 times a week And have seen noticeable results already! If you're looking for a fun, friendly challenging environment Strengthrx crossfit is the spot!

I absolutely love StrengthRx :) Seriously the best workout experience I've had ever. I've had tremendous results already and it's only been 4 weeks. I also really appreciate how the coaches are very mindful of your form and making sure you are doing things properly so that you dont injure yourself.

StrengthRx is an amazing crossfit gym hands down. They have a great intro month special, which is what brought me to them... with so many crossfit gyms to choose from I feel very lucky to have found StrengthRx!

The coaches are the most sincere, all around awesome people who genuinely care about all of their members. There isn't any pressure or pretentious attitude at StrengthRx and I love that about it.

Only great things will come out of being at StrengthRx and you make new friends as well! it's awesome, excellent results in my form, posture, and physique only after a couple weeks for me, hooked for life.

Really can't speak more highly of Strength Rx.

I came into crossfit very hesitant to buy in to the whole thing. I was wary of the class format, of not getting enough attention, of not enough emphasis put on form or safety.

Literally one class with Ethan showed me that I had no reason for my doubts, and the rest of the instructors kept up the high standard as I kept attending classes. The entire team is completely committed to health and fitness ABOVE crossfit, this just happens to be their specific form of application.

All the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I quickly viewed them as my friends and peers in the pursuit of health and fitness. If you are wanting to start your crossfit experience, you should look no further than Strength Rx. You could not ask for a better community of fun and interesting people dedicated to the pursuit of health.

Not only do they have the best prices in town but also the best trainers. Crossfit can be pretty intimidating if you're new to it but I assure you Justin, Ethan, and Mike are amazing at making you feel confident in overcoming any fear or doubt you have. I competed just 2 months after starting CrossFit! Never in a million years did I think I would be in a competition but I was able to do it thanks to their leadership and knowledge.Give them a try and you'll be amazed with the results, you won't regret it.

One day I decided that I wanted to try CrossFit so I could stop being such a weakling and more of a badass - but mostly because the typical gym wasn't doing anything for me, except for getting starred at by some creepy dudes. So, I looked on Groupon (because really, who doesn't like a good deal?), found StrengthRx, and never looked back.

Justin, Ethan, and Mike are amazing motivators! I LOVE that they are more concerned about the safety of their athletes than the amount of weight on the bar. However, they also knew my (and all of the other member's) abilities and would ALWAYS call me out on not having enough weight on the bar to push me to my full potential. Thanks for that, guys.

Their programming is fantastic! I left knowing that I worked hard and had a well-rounded workout. Aside from having excellent programming, they could talk to you for hours - sometimes for days, ha! - about nutrition and mobility. Any questions I had about anything from supplements to aches and pains were always confidently addressed. They always talked about nutrition, but I never really listened, because it didn't matter what diet I was on previous to CrossFit, I never saw a change. Then we did a Paleo challenge for 6 weeks - the results were insane.

I always feel supported by the coaches and the other members. I also got talked into a lot of things by everyone (competitions, tough mudders, etc.), but it's all in good fun. This is seriously such an amazing group and I consider them my family. I promise you, you will not find a better group or a better box!

Best. Gym. Ever. I think I've tried every type of exercise program out there and nothing kept me coming back except StrengthRx. I was terrified walking into my first fundamentals class but everyone was so welcoming and helpful! SRX and its members continue to amaze me.

Justin, Ethan, and Mike are knowledgeable, personable, and supportive. One of the first pieces of advice I got from Ethan was "You know what your body can handle and when you need to stop." I've always felt completely comfortable scaling my workouts to match the level I'm at. I appreciate the extra time the coaches take to explain movements and answer all of my questions.

As far as the members go - I love them. Talk about a community! I've made so many new friends that not only care about my progress but also about my everyday life as well. There are also Community Days where everyone gets together outside of the gym for a more relaxed workout.

I've seen amazing results so far and it's all thanks to StrengthRX, Justin, Ethan, and Mike!!

If I can do it, ANYONE CAN!!

When I walked into my first class, I saw a bunch of guys and ladies beasting it through their workouts. And then there was another super buff girl on the sidelines throwing a barbell full of weights into the air (later I learned she was practicing power cleans and snatches). It was very intimidating. I wanted to crawl under a rock and hide. BUT I stayed and YAYYY!

You are required to do 3 Fundamental classes, where the coaches teach you form and safety precautions for olympic weight lifting and other crossfit workouts. After these fundamental classes, you can then join the Mixed Level classes.

At first I couldn't even lift the barbell (a whopping 35 lbs) above my head. 2 months later, I've added 10 lbs to my barbell. Well, I'm still only able to lift 1/2 or sometimes less than 1/2 the weight other ladies in the class lift, BUT it does not matter. The StrengthRx family is very supportive, I can go at my own pace - I'm really only competing against myself, and the coaches are extremely attentive and encouraging.

Workouts change every day - sometimes I want to kill myself, especially when we end up doing what feels like a thousand burpees. Today, we did some one rep max barbell workouts then went for a 2 mi run - I ran a mi for the first time in 5 years without stopping lol. New record! I have even overcome my fear of muscle-ups and hopefully soon, I will be able to do those damn handstands without kneeing my face.

This place is amazing - working out is no longer an obligation to stay fit. I look forward to crossfit every morning and it is a great and positive start to my day. The coaches truly care about you and your progress.

Give this place a try. You will not be disappointed.
