CrossFit Mixed Levels

Constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity in step with the designated workout of the day.

A functional strength and conditioning program at its core, what makes the StrengthRx CrossFit experience different is the programing.

We alternate strength and olympic lifting cycles every five (5) weeks with the sixth week being our one-rep max and bench-mark Workout of the Day (WOD) testing period to track and measure our athletes progress as well as prepare them for the new upcoming five-week cycle.

This system has helped hundreds of athletes reach their fitness goals.

BurnRx

This up-tempo class offers a fresh twist on classic boot camp conditioning drills for a dynamic total body workout.

A high-paced, functional boot camp with a focus on light weights and high reps. Although the class format varies widely from day-to-day, the most typical models involve alternating circuits of work stations such as running, rowing and jump roping every 60-120 seconds.

Functional Strength

No high-intensity circuits here. Just a good old fashioned, pure strength-training session.

Our Functional Strength training program is designed for those seeking to increase strength in key areas -- squats, deadlifts, overhead press, bench press, weighted pull-ups -- with an emphasis on heavy weight training performed at low repetitions.

At SRX, we believe that a solid foundation in functional strength is crucial to athletic aspirations.

Olympic Lifting

An Olympic 101 session for everyone from beginners to the most advanced heavy-lifters.

This program is designed to help you master olympic lifts outside of the daily workout program. Here we focus on barbell techniques such as snatch-grip and clean-grip, as well as hand positioning and feet positioning.

These classes offer you the opportunity to closely monitor and track your lifts every step of the way.

Mobility Hour

Unload after a week of intense training with 60 minutes of dynamic stretching using foam rollers and lacrosse balls.

ROMWOD (Yoga)

A stand-alone practice as well as a balanced compliment to weekly CrossFit and Functional Strength workouts.

This practice was designed to open up the body, not simply to relax your muscles after you train. By using a combination of postures derived from Kung Fu, Taoist Yin and Yoga, connective elements of the body can be stretched and healed by creating gentle traction on the fascial tissues. These movements assist the body's desire to fall into proper alignment, and help to prevent joint injuries over time.
